Meadows End Park knows that in the digital age, while shopping or “surfing’ the “net,” you probably have concerns about your privacy.  Our Privacy Policy describes how we use or do not use your personal information.  This policy outlines the steps that # takes to protect you.  This Privacy Policy only applies to information that is collected on-line through our website or that you have voluntarily shared with us.

What Information Do You Collect?

In order to reserve a campsite or cabin at Meadows End Park, you will need to provide us with some personal information such as your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and other pertinent information related to your reservation.

Currently, Meadows End Park does not accept on-line payments so all reservations must be completed by telephoning the park office.  We accept cheques, money orders or cash at this time.

Information collected by Meadows End Park may be used as follows:

  • Create an account at Meadows End Park.
  • Confirm your personal (non-financial) information to make a reservation with us;
  • Customize your experience with us.
  • Provide promotional materials, special offers or other information to you; but only if you have chosen to receive them by giving us consent using a reservation with us.

Pursuant to the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (“PIPEDA“) if you are a resident of Canada under PIPEDA, we process your personal information under the following lawful basis:

What About Cookies?
